Al-LUQTA PALACE, DUBAI
Project Brief
The project is defined by a monumental central block with symmetrical wings, set within a formally planned site that emphasizes order and hierarchy. A grand forecourt and radial driveway establish a strong sense of arrival, while tree-lined avenues, gardens, and water features integrate nature into the composition. The overall theme reflects symmetry, monumentality, and identity—positioning the complex as a landmark civic or institutional space.
Design Intent
The lighting scheme enhances the building’s monumental and symmetrical form through vertical façade uplights, subtly highlighting key elements like the central block and domes. Pathways and the radial forecourt are guided by bollards and pole lights, while tree-lined avenues and landscaped courts are softly accented to extend the architectural rhythm into the site. Warm tones and balanced intensity create a dignified, cohesive night-time identity that blends functionality with the project’s formal and monumental character.
