Project Brief
This office is designed to accommodate around 50 occupants, with open workstation clusters forming the core and private cabins and meeting rooms placed strategically around them. The use of glass partitions maintains visual transparency and a sense of openness, while gypsum walls provide acoustic control in executive and focus-driven spaces. The overall scheme is a modern corporate workspace—efficient & balanced.
Design Intent
The office lighting is designed to deliver bright, glare-free, and energy-efficient spaces that support productivity and comfort. Open work areas are maintained at 300–500 lux with uniform, low-glare fixtures, while meeting rooms receive 400–500 lux of focused table illumination for clarity and collaboration. Reception and lounge zones are kept softer at 200–300 lux, and circulation areas at 100–200 lux for efficient guidance. The use of high-efficiency LEDs, smart zoning, and dimming controls ensures well-illuminated spaces that balance visual comfort with energy savings.
