Project Brief

This mid-rise building in Dubai’s Muraqqabat district presents a modern rectilinear form, articulated with horizontal balcony bands and strong vertical spines that give the façade rhythm and balance. A recessed central section adds depth, while projecting side elements enhance symmetry and proportion.

Design Intent

The building’s lighting scheme uses warm linear accents along balcony bands and vertical spines to emphasize both rhythm and height. The entrance is highlighted with brighter illumination, creating a welcoming focal point at street level. Together, these elements give the façade a refined golden glow, ensuring the building stands out in the dense Muraqqabat district with an elegant and distinctive night-time identity.
