Project Brief
The building showcases a modern, contemporary residential style with fluid, curved forms and a sculptural presence. Rounded balconies, horizontal banding, and a minimalist palette of neutral tones and glass create elegance and openness, while landscaped podiums and greenery integrate it seamlessly with its surroundings, reflecting a calm, luxurious, and visually harmonious design.
Design Intent
The lighting design was crafted to harmonize with the building’s architectural language, accentuating the curvilinear shapes and flowing undulations of the façade. Warm color temperatures enhance the beige tones, adding depth, richness, and visual texture, establishing a distinctive presence in the urban landscape. Additionally, RGB lighting was incorporated to create dynamic, colorful displays during national holidays and festive occasions.
