YAMUNA SKY CITY, MANGALURU
Project Brief
Yamuna Sky City, rising 272 meters high, will be one of South India’s tallest residential towers and a new landmark for Mangaluru’s skyline. Its design blends bold vertical spines with sweeping curvilinear balconies, creating a striking balance of elegance and strength. With expansive views, a grand entry podium, and a modern façade of glass and concrete, the tower embodies luxury, sophistication, and urban ambition—setting a new benchmark for high-rise living in the region.
Design Intent
The lighting design of Yamuna Sky City transforms the tower into a striking night-time landmark. Vertical light bands accentuate its soaring height, while illuminated balcony edges add rhythm and elegance to the façade. A warm golden palette conveys luxury and exclusivity, ensuring the tower stands out on the skyline. By highlighting the central spines and crown, the scheme reinforces identity and creates a glowing beacon that symbolizes Mangaluru’s urban sophistication. Additionally, pixel-controlled lighting adds a celebratory and festive mood transforming the static structure into a dynamic light show.
